In celebration of our 25th anniversary, we will have a reunion May 20, 8 to 11 p.m. in the school gym.
Join us for the Reunion Blast, a fun night of food and drink, music, raffles, photo booth and more. It will be a chance for current and former students, teachers and supporters of our school to get together to reminisce about past and celebrate the present.
Tickets are $25 and include a beer or glass of wine. Proceeds benefit our Technology fund. Call the school at 717-392-3083 to reserve your tickets now!
Spring Appeal for
General Fund, Technology, the Arts, Learning Resources
With deep roots in the Lancaster community, Resurrection Catholic School hopes to keep the school vibrant and alive here.
Our annual appeal supplements our general fund and specific areas designated by donors — the arts and learning resources that support and enrich our curriculum. Through the generous contributions of donors, we have been able to replace our servers and computer hardware, so that students have up-to-date equipment that will help them succeed.
This appeal takes place after Easter and goes to our parishioners and donors. We hope you will find it in your hearts to help us provide students with what they need to continue their journey through our school surrounded by Catholic values and traditions. Read our letter and help us by sending your donation as explained in the response card.
To show their support of Catholic education (and because they love their alma mater: St. Anthony of Padua School which was located in our building until 1991), the St. Anthony class of 1964 will host a 25th Anniversary Dance on June 24, 8 p.m. to midnight at the American Legion, 1388 Arcadia Road, Lancaster, PA 17601.
Tickets are $25 and include live music, beer and food. Contact Ron Meikrantz, 717-330-1565 to reserve tickets now. Proceeds go toward the Resurrection Catholic School tuition fund. See the flyer for more details.
Resurrection Catholic School’s annual golf outing will be Sept. 12 at Four Seasons Golf Club. Details will be shared soon.
We thank our golfers, sponsors, volunteers and the fine folks at Four Seasons Golf Club and Enck’s Catering for their support of this event. Special thanks go to Ron and Donna Meikrantz, co-directors, who gave a tremendous amount of their time and talent to benefit Resurrection Catholic School.
Proceeds go toward improving technology at the school to give students what they need to be successful in school and in life.

Fall Appeal for Tuition
Resurrection Catholic School remains prayerfully grateful for the generosity of our benefactors who make tuition affordable for families.
About 39% of our students need help to afford the Catholic education offered at Resurrection. Because of our generous donors, they are able to journey with us through a year of faith-based learning.
Every fall, we send letters to the parishioners of St. Mary’s, St. Joseph’s, St. Anthony’s, San Juan Bautista, and other donors asking for support of the Resurrection’s Tuition Fund. Those who donate make a difference in the lives of Resurrection students for years to come.
Please consider filling out the pledge card and sending it in with your donation. Thank you!
All our school days begin and end with prayer. During those moments, we remember our donors in our circle of prayer. We also remember our benefactors at all of our weekly school Masses.
Music groups and schools from Lancaster gather annually at St. Anthony of Padua church to perform their favorite songs in a benefit concert for Resurrection Catholic School. In 2017, renowned The Wheatland Chorale under the artistic direction of Eric Riley joined our event. In 2016, the Lancaster Catholic High School Concert Choir, proudly wearing their purple and gold gowns, sang.
Called “Rock The Church,” the Resurrection school choir, The Singing Saints, perform, as do these choirs from city churches: St. Mary, St. Joseph, St. Anthony and San Juan Bautista. Rock The Church was named in 2015, its inaugural year, when the school’s theme was “Resurrection Rocks.” Rock the Church is free though donations may be offered.
In all, nearly 200 men, women and children sing pieces that reflect the diversity of the parishes, the styles of the groups and the scope of their talents. They include bilingual musicians who play guitars and congas, traditional church choirs singing a cappella and contemporary ensembles with a modern sound.
